STUDIOS

For each session, you are allowed to bring a maximum of 5 additional people. This is due to building restrictions
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Visit the Memberships Page and choose which option suits you, this is based on the estimated number of hours you will be using the studio space. Once you have paid for your subscription, your account will automatically be credited. The subscription will auto-renew every month until cancelled
If you have a subscription, you will be given credits to use on booking a studio. When on the booking page, you will have the option to pay with your credits. If you run out of credits, you can alternatively use a debit/credit card for payment
You will receive your initial credits as soon as your subscription starts. Your credits will then be topped up every month on your renewal date as soon as the monthly payment has been received
Joining as a member gives you access to discounted rates on studio bookings up to 20%. You will also be invited to Oakwood Events and have priority service

Please visit your account dashboard here. Under the subscriptions tab, click on your current package and choose the option ‘Cancel Subscription’
BOOKINGS
Visit the studios page and choose which of studio setup you need for your session. You can check availability on the calendar, if available you can proceed with booking and pay by debit/credit card or credits (if you have a subscription). A confirmation email will be sent to you and you can view the booking on the My Account section
You can cancel your booking for FREE up to 48 hours before the session. Please visit the Bookings section on you Account page and select the booking you wish to cancel
You can find the details of your booking in the Bookings tab on your Account page
We accept Debit/Credit cards by Visa, Mastercard and American Express
You can book a studio session for a minimum of 2 hours
You can book a studio session for a maximum of 12 hours
